Cella is the interface
Cella is the AI agent at the center of the product. She pulls from connected data, computes goal status, and produces verified briefings, change controls, and operational records. The UI shows what she did; it isn’t the main way in.
What makes it different
- Approval is execution. A Change Control is drafted, cites the documents it affects, gets reviewer and approver signatures, and then executes automatically on the final signature.
- Proof of reading. Every signed action requires evidence that the signer actually read what they signed: time on page, scroll depth, and citations opened.
- A real audit trail. Every action is recorded in an append-only log, and each signature is bound to a hash of the content it approved.
